What is the approach to develop SAP BASIS Related APP

Hello Experts

We are Planning to Develop a SAP BASIS Related System Monitoring App what is the procedure i need to follow

i will give one simple UseCase

if i click any system that will give the information like system users logon ,Dumps ...... etc. What i need to go forward

what way to get the information of particular Tcode like ST22, SM21 etc.

what way to put all information into the mobile app

Please give me some idea to develop
