WILEY INTROSCOPE 9.7 ISSUE

Hi,

Kindly provide the solution for the following issue.

We have installed WILEY Introscope.its status is running in os level.

But we are getting error in solman 7.1 configuration.which is showing as follows.

ISSUE:1

Status of retrieval of existing installation: Path not found (path C:\usr\sap\ccms\apmintroscope, agent STSAPSOL.sifysap.com_DAA_SMDA98)

The path C:\usr\sap\ccms\apmintroscope\sap does not exist. Please install the Management Modules package on top of Introscope Enterprise Manager

Configure automatically:

while executing Push DPC Configuration to CA Introscope job in solman configuration we are getting the follow issue.

No Introscope EM configured. Complete Basic Configuration

which services we need to check and how to check?
