BODS Error while updating ERP 6.0 EHP7 to HR Renewal (FP 5 ), Fiori,LSO(latest)

we are updating our existing SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 7 to HR Renewal 2.0 Feature Pack 5 , Fiori, LSO ( Latest Version ). We have generated Stack XML File and downloaded all the Software from SMP using XML file , Started latest SUM tool 1.0 SP 17 PL 8 to update. And we noticed this BODS error in Phase : Preprocessing Phase , Step: MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHDIMP/SHADOW_IMPORT_ING . Please see the error message on SUM tool below : ERROR: Detected the following errors: # C:\usr\sap\xxx\SUM\abap\log\SAPKW74008.xxx: 3 ETW674Xstart import of "LIMUFUGTRSD_GUI_MDOB_MAINT" ... 4 ETW000 LIMU FUGT RSD_GUI_MDOB_MAINT was already imported successfully. 3 ETW677 "LIMUFUGTRSD_GUI_MDOB_MAINT" not imported in this step. 3 ETW674Xstart import of "LIMUFUNC/BODS/BW_QUERY" ... 4 ETW000 1 entry for TADIR~ updated (R3TRFUGR/BODS/RS_DS_BW ). 2EETW165 Function "/BODS/BW_QUERY (/BODS/RS_DS_BW|01)" does not fit into the existing function group "(/BODS/BODS|03)".
