SAP ByD - Debugging add-on program in production tenant

Dear All.

As I Know so far. It is impossible to debug pdi-addon program in productive tenant.

Impossible to query data via studio to see how was data going on in production tenant. But.....

Unfortunately, I have a problem with my developed program which is unable to reproduce the same case in test tenant.

So ; What should I do in this situation ?

Can someone please give me some advice ? if we have to find to root cause of problem in production tenant.
