Is possible to upload a file in sapui5 and instead of saving it in a folder can we directly display it in a view?

Hi,

I am new to sapui5 and I want to want if could we upload a file and directly display it in a view, instead of storing it in a folder.

I also want to know if we can upload a local file without using any oData services.
