Allocation type error in MRS scheduler's workplace

Hi,

I am trying to create a time allocation in the scheduler's workplace. When I select a resource (HR employee in my case) I do not see any entries in the field Time allocation type. In addition, I get the error "Time allocation type is not available in language E".

Now, if I look at the long text of the error it says that the allocation types have to be maintained in the log on language via the IMG menu path SAP Multiresource Scheduling --> Basis (Time Allocations) --> Define Time Allocation Types. But I checked several times and I have maintained the allocation types in the log on language (EN). And yet, the error keeps appearing about language E. Does it have anything to do with the employee master?
