EPM 25 - context bar not allowing selection below toolbar line

Odd issue - we received windows upgrades and a change from office 2010 to office 2013 last night, and I have one user with a very odd issue. She has the context bar displayed above the input template, and for the cost center selection, the drop down shows the last five selections along with "select other members". If she attempts to pick a cost center that appears...below the gray line of the toolbar where the epm context bar is, it will not allow it / nothing happens.

Is this something anyone has seen before? Any ideas on how to fix / possible solutions?
