I have set up a visibilty filter within the IBP 6.2 system we are currently implementing and I have assigned this visibility filter using a business role to a test user.
I have copied the standard available business role DATA_ACCESS_VISFLT_APJ for this purpose and I have assigned the visibilty filter I have set up.
Based on the business rol the test user has within the planning view only access to the data that meets the visibilty filter. However the editable key figures can not be displayed by the test user and also not edited. I would like the test user to not only see the non editable key figures but also the editable key figures. The key figures can be edited by user without assigned visibility filter.
Please advise how te handle.
- can you share a screenshot of your role (especially the "maintain general restriction"-section) and visibility filter please?
- did you maintain the write access in the copied role as well in "maintain general restrictions"?
- does the planning level of your desired keyfigure have the attribute on which your visibility filter filters assigned? E.g. filtering by customer, but the KF's planning level only know location and product
