How to disable delivery address pop-up screen on Purchase Requisition for Network

Hi Experts,

In our company SAP is upgraded at EHP 7. On EHP 7, when we assign material component on Network Activity for Purchase Requisition and choose Non-Stock Item category and press enter, then pop-up window is opened for Delivery address for item. In such situation every Business User needed to close this pop screen. Before using EHP 7 this screen was not showing.

Can we disable this screen for Purchase Requisition for Network?

Please let me know, if there is any standard solution of this.
