I would like to create custom retunrs types for sales order.
For Example:
depending on the criteria of returns it will give this discount, where can i add this ?

Hello Arnold,
Rather than new Return document types I see this as a Condition determination issue. You can have some field in Returns Order which User can maintain and it will trigger the relevant condition record (for example 25% or 50%).
Alternatively, request you to explain the Business requirement in detail.

The user wants this:
The customer just returned 30 articles, 20 of article A and 10 of article B, where they are classified as bad products or expiration date.
Let's say that when they are checking the order the user realized that 10 of the article A are not classified as they did, they need to reclassify it as Money Return (Example).
After checking the article they can add either one of the options as 0%, 25% or 50% in the order but because this is managed by the warehouse workers but they don't need to access the price conditions of the article therefore edit it manually.
This can be managed with conditions as you describe above?

You mean to say the Returns Order is created in system by warehouse staff? I believe the returns Order would be created with reference to Original Invoice.
When they create the Returns Order, they can manually chose one of these fields that is currently not used - Customer Group, Price group or Price List. All these fields are available in allowed fields in Pricing catalog and can used in access sequences.
Thus you can create say three price list types - 0 percent. 25 percent and 50 percent. Based on what user will select the system will trigger the respective Condition record for 0% or 25% or 50% discount.

The problem here is that the user doesn't know what process apply for returns and we are looking for all the gaps we found on the meeting so we can work in advance for possible solutions.
I will ask the users about advanced returns processing with warehouse inspection.
