DBDriver failed to load dbd_oci.dll

Hi,

One of my user reported that Web Intelligence Rich Client gives a Database Error when I try to refresh a query. Attached the error message.

We have below version of BO and we have SQL Server as the backend DB. All the notes are refering to Oracle DB. Please suggest.
