Restricting Ticket List in OWL depending upon Ticket Type

Hi Experts .

Need some advice on the "Restricting Tickets List OWL depending upon Ticket Type".

We are in Agent workspace / Tickets Tab in Service object in UI.

We have multiple Ticket Type assigned for different users , and the visibility should be controlled , how to do so:

Say for example: user A wants to see ticket types X,Y

user B wants to see ticket types Z.

How to control this?
