EAM Last updated(assignment date) shows earlier than the assignment in NWBC

The last updated updated time stamp shows incorrect. i.e... it shows earlier date to the last logon date which should not be the case. Attached screenshot for reference.

We are on GRC 10 SP13.

I had considered notes 1702998 & 2053318 which turn fatal stating "Cannot be implemented".

Kindly update on the relevant fixes if any.
