Template feasibility for Time sheet entry through ESS

Hi Guru's,

I have a requirement adding CATS hours also in CATS template from the customer

Currently I can add below fields (Highlighted in red ) in Templates. Even my Custom field i.e project phase also came under template but not hours (highlighted in Green)

Is this feasible through configuration or any BADi exists for the same.
