Extended notification: Grouping messages

Hi,

I would like to have the text of several workitems in one extended notification like described here: Extended Notifications for SAP Business Workflow - Claim - SAP Library

In the category I put "Grouping with Other Categories Permitted" but there is only the mail coming with the text that there are woritems in my business workplace. Does someone knows a good tutorial about displaying workitem texts in the mail?

Hi,

When you group multiple workitems, you can have one texts for them combined. You can set/change that text by changing the attribute SUBJECT_WF_INBOX in General settings in swnconfig, There will be only 1 notification for all different workflows.

If you really want separate texts for different items, i suggest you do not group the items.

   If several workitem notification is placed in on mail, then you can only send one information. how can you send  all workitem mail text in the same mail. If there are 1000 workitem, how you send all workitem mail text.
