Characteristic division is missing in query Designer but it is present in Multiprovider

Hi PPl -

we upgraded our BW system from BW 3.1 to 7.0 NW , After the Upgrade while performing Testing activities I can see that some of the queries on the multiprovider leading to the debugger while running the query through RSRT. after hitting the F8 from debugger screen finally I can see that infoobject 0division is not available in the multiprovider. But I can see the Infoobject Division is available in the multiprovider and also all the assignments are also done.I even checked the Consistency of the Multiprovider, there are no Consistencies.

Re-activated the multiprovider with the program also but still not resolved.

Finally I created a test Query on the same multiprovider , there I could not the see the Division characteristic from the infoprovider selection pane even though it is there in the multiprovider.

can you guys help me on this,  what is the reason might be ? and how to proceed with this isssue .

Check infoobject 0division in maintenance mode.

In the general tab is there any value in Constant option? This should be blank.

Also check in the Business Explorer tab to check if the display is set to No Display. This should be Key or Text or both.
