selecting Universe based up on if condition

is there any way that we can select universe based up on the if condition

Like Stored Procedure :

If Parameter is 1

Select

from

}

if parameter is 2

{

Select

From

}

Can we perform this operation in Business Objects if yes Advise Please advise
