No routing found in production version

Dear all

  when i create a production order ,a massage appear,'the material without production version' ,i  check the material master  in the mrp4 view, i can't find select field ， i used  S4 FOR HANA 1511VISION.  in the 1511vision  there is no select field , Whether to create production orders must create a production version or  not. please  see the attachment.

Hello

In S/4 HANA, the creation of a production version is mandatory and this field does not exist in the material master anymore. See the S/4 HANA simplification list on SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition – SAP Help Portal Page for more details.

You can use report CS_BOM_PRODVER_MIGRATION to create production versions for your BOMs, but the routing must be manually determined on the production version.

Caetano, can you please expand. After running report CS_BOM_PRODVER_MIGRATION, what needs to happen with routing?

Hi,

It seems you are working in Repetitive Manufacturing environment. Material you shared in the screen shot is marked for Repetitive Manufacturing. System will not allow you to create Production Orders in REM.

Click on the the button Production versions and check for assignment of Rate Routing and BOM in the Production version.
