Getting Error: 'Errors during plan explosion; transaction terminated Operation: date dd.mm.yyyy: operation number not unique'

Hi Experts,

When I am trying to create production order I am getting this error message:

Errors during plan explosion; transaction terminated

Operation: date dd.mm.yyyy: operation number not unique

Please help me with it and please guide me why it is happening.
