Why is booking SAP certification so painful process

Hi SAP, I tried to Book my HANA certification exam online and i feel that the process is so painful not just for me but also for 2 of my other colleagues who also felt the same. We went online and had to wait for 2 Business days but i still was not able to schedule my exam Reason : No voucher Number . I got the second email of confirmation with Invoice but i dont see a Voucher Number on it to schedule my exam. Overall i definitely felt that process is not smooth in so called Digital world where i had to spend lot of time on searching for my Voucher number . Best regards, pradeep.
