Setting Default Project In GRPO

Hi All

I Have a Requirement Where in i need to set a project as default project when creating a GRPO. Is it possible to set a default value to standard sap b1 field, if Yes how can it be done.

Hi Nikita,

If you need to set a default project for each BP,

Under the BP Master data screen, tab general.

You can specify the BP Default Project in the field BP Project.

Once you set this, any GRPO you create will have a default project.

It is not possible but you can use a workaround, for example, you can create a formatted search something like "SELECT 'YOUR DEFAULT VALUE' " and set to change automatically linking to the vendor code, but it will not prevent the user of changing the value, but you can block it using the transaction easily.
