SYBASE ASE -->applied the patch from sp135 to sp137

we have applied the patch from SYBASE ASE 15.7 sp135 to sp137.

when we are running the script to take the database backup.we are getting below error,

There is a TDS login error.the installed encryption handler returned a status that was not CS_SUCEED.

(in the script we are using isql -X)

what might be the reason?
