Using Self signed certificate during install and then changing to third party

Hi Guys,

We are planning to install 9.2 PL4 version in our environment.  Our requirement is to use a CA-based Cert which we have not acquired yet.  Can we install the application using self signed cert now and later changed to CA-based Cert?

Hi,

Yes you can install application using self signed certification. Not sure, later you can change to third party certificate. There is no information in Admin guide to say, we can change certificate later.

Yes, u can. It is using p12 format to store the key, u can replace the whole file with your new key.
