Replication of Customer Master from SAP ECC TO C4C

Hi Experts,

Need your assistance on this one.

We've been trying to  replicate customer master from ECC to C4C.

Can anyone suggest how it can be achieved and what necessary needed to be taken care of when you replicate Customer master.

But im looking for the documents in which i can see all the setting needed to be done as im confused how exactly replication would be possible.
