unable to login into Design Studio

Dear Members,

I am not able to login into SAP Design Studio client tool to BI Platform since morning. Getting below error.

Till yesterday, it was working fine. I checked with admin team, if they have made any changes on the server. In Local Mode it is working fine perfectly.

I tried to search over SCN but did not found anything related. Kindly provide inputs if anyone have faced such issues.

Environment Details:

BI 4.1 SP4

SAP Design Studio 1.5

Please check once your host entries in your system.

Have you discussed this with your BI admin?  Perhaps the Design Studio service is not available or the BI platform is down.  This is something for the BI admin to check -

I have checked with them as you suggested. But they are saying that all the services are up and running.

Can they try to logon as Administrator?

Getting same error while connecting with Administrator id as well.
