Delta upload of Master Data (Materials) in SAP C4C post Integration with ERP

Hello all,

We have integrated our SAP C4C system with SAP ERP using HCI. Post this we are now bringing our Master Data through the Initial Load programs.

Had a query regarding on how to bring Delta Changes(Delta upload) of Master Data (especially Materials) from SAP ERP to C4C. Could not find any documentation on this at the marketplace/scn.

Any pointers or help on this would be appreciated. Would we need to do something at ERP end on this, like activating change pointers etc???
