How many business partner record could handle in SAP hana database?

Hi All,

In SAP hana database, how many item record could handle? For example, if we have 2 to 5 million item records, does SAP hana database support that kind of many records in item master table?

Can anyone help me find out about this?

Hi,

B1 (on HANA) should be able to handle that many master data records.

However, there are more important questions that you need to ask:

• Besides 2 - 5 mln business partner master data records, how many item master data records?
• What is the estimated amount of concurrent transactions?
• What is the average amount of rows per transaction
• What is the average amount of transactions on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis?
• Do you expect a growing trend in the amount of transactions?
• How often and how many changes will be made to the master data records?
