SAP ESS Expense Report attachment upload Error

Dear Friends,

The user is uploading an attachment in SAP expense Report in ESS and sending it to his supervisor.

When the supervisor receives the attachment by e-mail from SAP ESS, he is getting corrupted excel sheet.

How to resolve the error ?

Please suggest.

Docx were not uploaded and sent by e-mail.

This problem is with .xslx-files only.

PDFs are working fine .
