Default user to login into SAP EIS

Hello All,

I have installed SAP EIS 6.10 on AS Java (Netweaver 7.4) and Oracle 11.2.0.4.

I am unable to login into EIS Portal with MIPO User.

I have create the standard tablespace and schema as in the installation guide.

Please let me know, what is the default MIPO user to be used.

I have tried administrator and SOPS_MIPO user.

Hello,

when you are trying to login to the EIS application via the web browser (i.e. server_name.com:50000/SmartOps), the username is 'smartops' and the default password is 'smartops'.  The smartops user is the only user that comes with the EIS installation and is an administrator.  Once you login, you can create other users to meet your needs.
