how to view all activity user in SAP b1?

in sap can use 2 type menu Access Log And Change Log.

I want to ask about user activity by date-time and what has changed??

If i use access log, I can only see the user log in and log out. but i want to view all activity user?

Can anyone help me??

If track logged i can use Access Log, but i need access log and change log user by date and form change

Apart from the above, Transaction related Log you will be able to find from tables AJDT & AITM. For Documents table is ADOC.
