Can we create inner join on top of the left outer join in composite provider in BW modeling tool in HANA studio

Hi Experts,

I have requirement to create a composite provider.

1. JOIN 1 - Left outer join (ADSO1 to ADSO2) (J1)

2. JOIN 2 - Inner join with above result (J2)

throwing error as below;

inner join J1 must contain outer joins

Please help me this can be done or we can not do anyways.

Hi Vijay,

You cannot use a Left Outer join under an Inner Join. A Left Outer Join can only be outermost node. PLease refer to the details on this link Supported Scenarios - Using the SAP HANA Database - SAP Library.
