Error connecting to UI (Connection - Could not find SBO that match the connection string

Hi,

We have an issue with one windows user:

SAP & the addons all work fine with all windows users except one: When logged on as this windows user SAP attempts to reinstall the addons but does not succeed. If logged on to SAP as a superuser the following message comes up after it attempts to install the addons.

If we log on as a different Windows user then SAP is working fine.

I would rather not delete this user's profile in an attempt to get SAP working under this profile so if anybody has any idea why this is occurring it would be very much appreciated.
