Dear friends,

we have requirement to implement subcontracting PO collaboration and later stage work order collaboration, so want to understand

Can we implement first subcontracting process and later work order collaboration ?

if yes, what are the challenges we will face if we implement work order collaboration later stage?

if yes, Do I need to reconfigure both collaboration to run whole contract manufacturing process? is it become complex ?

can any one help me understanding the process

Hi Sathish,

As said by Lucas Bozio, try Sub contracting PO process first and go to Work Order collaboration process.

Hi Satish,

You can first implement the Subcontracting PO process and later WO.

WO has a complex customizing, where you can set-up which part is running via WO and which will stay in Subcontracting PO. Along these settings, the system will create the WO from the PO.

I believe that only the WO configuration has to be adjusted, but it would need a further investigation.
