problem with *.jsp

I created Development Component by JDI Tutorial Scenario2+. I try to create run configuration like in the tutorial.

I chose Enterprise Apllication Project, I chose JSP i pushed button run and I have got error " Could not find executable for file extension = htm". Did I make any mistake? Is Tutorial is wrong?
