How to get data from form 540050001 (message preferences) programatically ? SAP b1 C#

Hello

I am wondering where can I get the informations about message preferences from its form. Id of form is 540050001. However I can not find which table in database is corresponding to such an informations ?

May anyone let me know how I can receive informations if user have already answered a question and what was the answer ?

edit:
This form is containing the answers of user if he/she checks the checkbox on sap message.
Such a message may appeared for example when you change Delivery Date on Sales Order.

Hello,

We ran the query SELECT * FROM OMPF and got SelctedBtn value to be 1 for all records in the table. Even if we change message preferences for a user/form/message, the SelctedBtn value isn't changing. How do we determine what is the remembered answer? We are on 9.3PL11.
