    Hello Vishwa,

First you need to check why the workflow did not start and correct this error. Maybe this is because of a missing link to a event receiver? The reports delivered with EHSM can assist you here. Please have a look at R_EHFND_WFF_PROCDEF_INFO & R_EHFND_WFF_PROCDEF_EVTL.

If you have solved the issue the next step is to start the workflows for the incidents created.

The easiest way to solve this is, is to use transaction BOBT. Within BOBT you can test BOPF-Objects without the user interface. Please be aware, that as soon as you click save within this transaction the objects and their changes are getting stored into the database.

You need to select the incident in BOBT from a query and navigate to the BOPF object for the Incident Lifecycle that handles the workflow (Object: EHHSSS_PROC_CTRL_INC_LC).

Within this objects the action START_WORKFLOW_ROOT starts the workflow processing. After executing the action hit the save button in order to also make the changes persistent on the database.

I hope this helps sorting out your issue.

    Kind regards
