XML file transfer using web services in SAP C4C

Hi Experts,

I have a XML file which I need to transfer to application server using web services from C4C. I have created the csd and wsid files in my BO. Now I need to transfer this file using web service.

In the UI part I have kept the File Upload control in my EC. please provide suggestions on how to get the uploaded file and transfer the file.
