PRD to migrate data from QAS

Hi experts , I need a help to extract the data Master QAS PRD . if I'm not doing the right thing but I made an export of data to a .csv file PRD import this file but I get error

I want to know how to download all of my customer and product data I have in PRD and pass this data to QAS

Dear Juan,

You can perform this using Data Migration Templates provided, check activity list you may find these templates there

Few Points because of which you are getting error might be

1. Download fresh template and when you copy the data from source use "Paste special" option as sometimes it takes source format

2. Perform save after past on each sheet of template

3. Check dependents fields are filled up as there may be interdependencies between fields

4. In case of customer template check postal code wherever city is entered and also carefully check all fields specially address tab

After checking all if still you get error check the error message it might guide you to the exact problem

Surjeet BHATI good afternoon , Do the respective tests and follow me out wrong I quite appreciate if you had a guide on how to download the data PRD and how to upload all that data to QAS , I just need to pass the data customer and product , Regards, Juan Vilchez

Dear Juan,

You can achieve this using the work center of Mass data maintenance, it contains export and import of customer and materials

Since your data is in production it would already be in desired format you just have to pull it out from PRD using export and import the same in QAS
