Phone calls management in WebUI / SAPUI5

Dear Experts,

we are investigating topic of phone calls within CRM-IC. The question is if we have CRM-IC integrated with BCM, are we able to pickup the phone directly in WebUI or SAPUI5 and talk thru a microphone connected to the computer? Is there any documentation available covering this topic?
