MD4C- Order report for actual MRP Requirements

Dear Team,

Kindly suggest how to get actual shortages for a given FG code under WBS element in MD4C,

as we see can when key in a FG code & WBS element, it is showing all demand of respective WBS, where as am seeking report should only through shortage for the given FG code.

Hello

MD4C will give you all the requirement of the BOM component of the FG material.

IF you want to see the requirement of the FG material only, run MD4C and double click on the material and system will show you the requirement of that material in a separate screen.

OR

you can use MD04 to see the requirement of the individual materials.

I agree it will give all the requirement of the BOM components of FG, but my question is, i want requirement of particular FG's BOM material , but it is showing requirement of all  FG's (BOM parts) available in WBS.

Hello

If you select the WBS and FG material in the selection criteria in MD4C, than system will show you the requirement of that FG only including all BOM parts (SFG and SFG BOMs also, if any).

If there is any other material attached to that WBS, it will not visible with the above selection.

Could you share the screen shot of the MD4C with the selection criteria you are using.

Attached the screen shot of MD4C selection which i made for single FG and its WBS

but i is showing requirements of all FG's BOM parts.

Hello

As [er my above reply, With the above selection in MD4C, the system will show you the requirement of all the BOM parts of the FG (EH....-FG12).

IF you want to see the requirement of the FG only and not the BOM parts. Try T code MD04. This will give you all the requirement for a particular material.

Hello Ravi,

if you execute MD4C individually system will give you the total requirements against that BOM.

if you want individual requirement then go to MD04 and keep the cursor on that requirement and click on the overview icon in the below then system will give the overview belongs to that requirement
