how to put criteria for ALL

Created  report under web intelligence 4.1. Below are the 2 query filter added to the report :

1. Request ID - Selected Prompt

2. Badge Number - Selected Prompt

Now requirement is that customer want to add "ALL" option under the above query filter.

How to achieve that ?

All is not required to add necessary in the LOV's. If you can make your prompts optional then if user will not enter anything your report bring data for all.

Same thing you have to do with adding ALL in the prompt LOV and when user select ALL in the prompt then report bring back all data.
