how to put criteria for ALL

Created report under web intelligence 4.1. Below are the 2 query filter added to the report :

1. Request ID - Selected Prompt

2. Badge Number - Selected Prompt

Now requirement is that customer want to add "ALL" option under the above query filter.

How to achieve that ?
