CPS - Many "Could not retrieve portal application com.sap.portal.navigation.masthead" errors in defaultTrace

Hello everyone,

     After a CPS crash yesterday, we found several "[EXCEPTION]" in the defaultTrace file.

     Those exceptions are refering to the below error :

com.sap.portal.prt.broker.PortalModuleNotFoundException: Could not retrieve portal application com.sap.portal.navigation.masthead

     This message occures several times a day. Since yesterday evening server reboot, we've counted 270 occurence of it.

     Does anyone have any idea of what the issue could be ?

     We are currently running M33.120-83827

This is something from the netweaver stack unrelated to CPS.

     Our host told us that the system two memory dumps since the reboot, do you have any idea on what to investigate on ?

Hello,

Investigate the dump for issues. See what is taking all the memory.
