Travel times in MRS Scheduler Workplace

Hi,

I am trying to get the travel times to be entered, changed when creating an assignment in the scheduler's workplace. But I cannot see the Trip Data part of the screen when I go to the Assignment details. I do get a Travel route tab however, and it contains the Customer location, Travel from and Travel to screen areas.

There is another issue here and it is that the travel from and to are both the HR resource address in the Travel route tab. And that is probably why there is no distance and travel time calculated. Strangely when I select the suitable resources option for the demand the same resource appears in the list of resources with a travel distance and time. Any idea what's going on here?

Please note that distance calculation is based on the entries in the table /MRSS/D_GEO_ZIP.

Looks like its become a habit. I ask the question and come back and answer it the next day!

So, what happened was that in the setting Sources of Demand --> PM/CS Orders --> Specify Processing Times for PM/CS Order Operations (ERP) there was a maintenance activity type mentioned in one of the records whereas my maintenance order did not have one. So, when I created another record in the above customization setting it worked and I see the Travel time details tab in the assignment.
