Unable to Enter Vendor keys for phase PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION

I am installing EHP7 on or ERP 6.0 EHP6 system, during phase PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION the process stops when it detects the Cideon Software components. According to the vendor we were to upgrade three components and then enter the vendor keys for the remainder as per note 1938579. The problem I am having is when the system detects the components and stop I select the components to be upgraded and select the upgrade option. I then hit next and it prompts me for a decision on one of the components. I have to enter 4 more vendor keys but am not prompted again. The process then bombs out when it calculates the que, see text below. My question is how do I get SUM to let me enter the vendor keys for all the components not just the ones that it detects as having a conflict.
