Cannot add AP Invoice, error message 'Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction '' (PDN1)

All users cannot add AP Invoice, when tried to add the AP invoice, encounter error message 'Cannot add AP Invoice, error message 'Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction '' (PDN1)''

It happens to all users, including superuser. It happens at all workstations.

It was fine for the past few months, and the issue only happens today today.

They have issue with Pick and Pack manager also, i not sure it is related.

Go to Inventory > Pick and Pack > Pick and Pack manager > choose sales order no. > click 'OK' > error message encounter '[SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB32 DLL][HDBODBC32] General error;3584 distributed SQL error: [2617] executor: plan operation execution failed with an exception 'Product Tree' (OITT)'
