Connecting C4C to ECC with multiple clients in Landscape through HCI

Hello Everyone ,

I have a requirement where i have to integrate C4C with ECC having multiple clients and that too using HCI with standard content for C4C .

Note : We are using web dispatcher in our Landscape

First question which is coming in my mind is that at which level we will bifurcate the data at HCI or Web Dispatcher ?

If am i right it should be done at the middle ware (HCI) and in this case we will have to modify all our IFLOWS to have two Receiver System which will be pointing to their respective client and in IFLOW we will have to add router at some point .which will help in determining the target.

Or can it be handled in any other way ?

Hello Ankit,

For C4C to ECC flows - Unfortunately there is no other way where you can configure standard flows to connect to multiple ERP Systems or clients, than editing the standard Interfaces from SAP. Do note that certain iFlows that have been determine as configure only would need to be re-created from the scratch.

For ECC to C4C flows - this is rather easy as the SM59 destination in ECC will need to point to the same iFlow URL and that is about it. The challenge though here will be when the data goes to C4C - how will C4C know which Client this data from etc.
