SICF Service for User Level Risk Analysis in GRC

Hello,

I have one issue, while running user level risk analysis.

It shows, service can not be reached. There is no issues in Role level Risk analysis.

Can you please let me know, what's the service for user level risk analysis.

Dear Biswaranjan,

by any chance do you run the remediation view? If yes, activate the following service in SICF: GRAC_GW_VIOLSUMM_REM_SRV.

For further analysis (if the above does not help) provide the log file from transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG.

Thanks fro your reply.

Yes I do run with remediation view.

Above mentioned service is already active while I did the test run got below error.

While executing transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG , I got system message , "user no longer logged in"
.

Can you please update what is this?

It seems that your SAP Gateway is deactivated? Did you activate?

I am not much aware of activating the gateway.

SPRO > SAP NetWaever > SAP Gateway > OData Channel > Configuration > Activate or Deactivate SAP Gateway.
