Hi Experts, Can anyone help me in understanding "Absence Distribution KSA". We have configured the logic of sick leave in this node as first 30 days it is 100% paid and the next 60 days it is 75% paid. But the concern is does this setting apply on an yearly basis eg as soon as employee finishes 1 year, the next year he will again be given 90 days as per this logic or it is applicable as one time?

Hi Ankit,

As per the Saudi Law, its yearly basis only.

Standard Functionality in KSA Localization:

The solution for Saudi Arabia allows you to evaluate absences, sick leave, and maternity leave according to statutory requirements.

You can distribute the valuation for absence days by defining up to three absence valuation rules. When the maximum number of days that you set for the first valuation rule is exceeded, the system applies the next valuation rule to the payroll calculation automatically.

Hi Anbazhagan,

Thank you for the details. We have configured the same in our system, but we cannot find it on an yearly basis. Is there a report or something to re-assign the values on an yearly basis?

Regards,

Ankit
