How can I update the email address in my SCN account? I am using my S ID to log in, the email address in my my SCN account is not synced to my SCN account and uses the wrong email.

Not clear: do you have different e-mail's here:

https://people.sap.com/manage

and here:

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/user/profile

with the same S'ID

Yes!

The email ID here is the old one https://people.sap.com/manage

Any updates to this https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/user/profile doesn't update the link above.

Tried going in here https://accounts.sap.com/ui/protected/profilemanagement to update email, email field is disabled for updates.
