Problem with Smart Business Modeler - couldn't connect to Launchpad/Destination

I'm facing a problem concerning the KPI Modeler on HCP: I can't connect to an excisting BusinessSystem destination anymore. Furthermore, when I want to connect my Smart Business Tiles to a Launchad, the error "Failed to fetch data from content store" pops up. When I select the excisting launcphpad site an click on Import Apps, I get another error:

Three days ago everything worked fine! I already tried to open an IT Ticket, but it was rejected because I choosed the wrong category. But I don't know where else to post.
